CANCELLATION
POLICY
Life happens! LUKAS K9 strives to provide flexibility, however, cancellations cannot be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Often times, accepting one job means forfeiting other opportunities. Please keep this in mind when booking and cancelling services.
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING CAREFULLY! PLEASE CONTACT LUKAS K9 WITH ANY QUESTIONS.
ATTENTION BOOKINGS OF 9 DAYS OR LESS:
Cancellations are free of charge with 100% refundable payment if you cancel your booking at least 5 days prior to your service start time. (Ex. If your start time and date is June 8 at 10am, your booking must be cancelled NO LATER than June 3 at 10am.) No exceptions.
Cancellations made less than 5 days prior to service start time will forfeit 50% of the total cost of services.
Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to service start time will forfeit 100% of the total cost of services.
attention bookings of 10 days or more:
Cancellations are free of charge with 100% refundable payment if you cancel your booking at least 7 days (ONE WEEK) prior to your service start time. (Ex. If your start time and date is Monday June 10 at 7am, your booking must be cancelled NO LATER than Monday June 3 at 7am.) No exceptions.
Cancellations less than 7 days prior to service start time will forfeit 50% of the total booking cost.
Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to service start time will forfeit 100% of the total cost of services.

There are no refunds for last minute service request cancellations.
