POLICY

Life happens. LUKAS K9 does its best to accommodate client needs, but cancellations are not assessed on a case‑by‑case basis. Each confirmed service often requires turning down other requests, so please keep this in mind when booking or cancelling services.

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING CAREFULLY

Bookings of 9 Days or Less

  • Free cancellation: You will receive a full refund if you cancel at least 5 days before your service start time. (Example: If your service begins June 8 at 10am, you must cancel no later than June 3 at 10am.)

  • Partial refund (50% back): Cancellations made less than 5 days before the start time will receive a 50% refund.

  • No refund: Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the service start time will receive no refund.

bookings of 10 days or more

  • Free cancellation: You will receive a full refund if you cancel at least 7 days before your service start time. (Example: If your service begins Monday, June 10 at 7am, you must cancel no later than Monday, June 3 at 7am.)

  • Partial refund (50% back): Cancellations made less than 7 days before the start time will receive a 50% refund.

  • No refund: Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the service start time will receive no refund.

Last‑Minute Service Requests

Bookings made 72 hours or less before the start time are non‑refundable.
