PAYMENT POLICY information

  • Payment is due in full within 48 hours of receiving an invoice to secure your service request. Service requests are only confirmed after payment is received. Last Minute bookings must be paid in full immediately to avoid disruption or cancellation of service requests.

  • Full refunds and partial refunds are available in accordance with the LUKAS K9 Cancellation Policy with the exception of Last Minute Bookings.

  • There will be a 3.3% surcharge added on every invoice to cover credit card processing fees. Thank you for understanding!

IMPORTANT reminders

  • Be sure to leave a voicemail or follow up with a text if your call is not answered, as LUKAS K9 only returns calls linked to a voicemail or text message.

  • Last-minute bookings are welcome! For service requests within 72 hours of your job start time, please call or text for the quickest response.

  • Availability is not guaranteed! Plan ahead, especially during busy times like summer months and winter holidays. You can book months in advance, so if you have a trip coming up, reserve your dates early!

  • MAKE TIME FOR THE MANDATORY MEET & GREET! Last-minute service requests still require a Meet & Greet for all new clients.

  • Don’t forget to create your Time To Pet (TTP) account! All clients wishing to hire LUKAS K9 must have an account in order to book any service.

referrals

You will receive 10% off one service for every referral that results in a new client booking. The referred client must mention your name during the TTP setup process or at the Meet & Greet for the discount to apply.

Each referral discount is applied to your next single service with LUKAS K9. Referral discounts cannot be combined, applied to a service of your choice, or used alongside the New Client discount.
